• Lot No. 40 Canadian Rye (86 Proof / 43% ABV): Expertly crafted under the supervision of master blender Dr. Don Livermore in Ontario, Lot 40 is distilled in a single copper pot still from a mix of 90% unmalted and 10% malted rye. • WhistlePig PiggyBack Rye (96.5.6 Proof / 48.28% ABV): Matured for 6 full years in charred American oak, this Vermont-developed favorite is made from a 100% unmalted rye mash bill.
