Because of the aggressive, fluctuating summer temperatures in Central Texas, the wood expands and contracts rapidly, driving color, caramelization, and rich fruit concentration into the whisky at an accelerated pace compared to traditional cooler climates. Bottled non-chill filtered at 53% ABV, it retains all of its natural mouthfeel and aromatic weight.
