Artisanal Production and Slow-Roasted Perfection

The journey of Casamigos Blanco begins with 100% Blue Weber agaves that mature for seven to ten years before harvest. Once pulled, the agaves are slowly roasted in traditional brick ovens for an extraordinary 72 hours (compared to the industry standard 24–48 hours), allowing maximum caramelization of the natural sugars. Following a proprietary, slow fermentation process utilizing a special yeast blend, the spirit is double-distilled in copper-pot stills to ensure ultimate purity and a clean, crisp finish.
