But on their 500-acre farm in Shoreham, Vermont, they quietly spent years working toward a singular goal: a 100% estate-grown, estate-distilled whiskey. FarmStock Beyond Bonded is the realization of that dream, showcasing what WhistlePig calls “Triple Terroir”:

1. Our Grain: Harvested from rye fields grown directly on the WhistlePig farm.

2. Our Water: Proofed down to bottling strength using fresh water from the estate’s own well.

3. Our Wood: Matured inside custom-crafted casks milled from Vermont White Oak harvested right on the property.

Adhering to the strict federal Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, this rye is the product of a single distilling season, aged at least four years in a federally bonded warehouse, and bottled at exactly 100 proof. WhistlePig takes it “beyond” by offering unparalleled, block-chain-backed traceability. Every single bottle features an individual QR code that allows whiskey lovers to track the exact field where the rye was grown, the distillation date, the exact barrel it aged in, and the day it was bottled.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Fresh and sweet with aromas of candied apple, orange zest, and sweet vanilla, balanced by a sharp backbone of white pepper and fresh pine needle.
